Receipt images sit in a private storage bucket. The site and the bot only hand out signed links. We keep receipt images and mileage logs for six years so they cover the usual “five years after the 31 January deadline” window, then they can be deleted on request.

We store your email or Telegram id, the receipt fields, mileage, and subscription status. Bookkeepers you invite can see your pack while your subscription is active. We do not sell the images.

This is UK GDPR record-keeping for a service you asked for. To access or delete your data, use MANAGE in the bot or email the address on your receipts. Payment card details stay with Stripe.
